Cancellation Policy
Before booking, please review: β’ A deposit is required and is non-refundable. It will apply to your service total. β’ 24 hoursβ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late changes forfeit the deposit. β’ Arriving 20+ minutes late may result in cancellation or service adjustment. Full service cost still applies. β’ No call / no show = 100% of service charged. β’ All services are starting prices and may increase based on time, length, density, and hair condition. β’ Some services may require multiple sessions to achieve your desired result safely. β’ The stylist reserves the right to refuse or modify services to protect the health of your hair.
